The plants pride themselves
in environmental controls, and emphasize safety and environmental compliance before all else.
Powder manufacturing is located at the Hammond, Indiana Halstab plant and product is supplied in all package sizes ranging from small EVA bags to supersacks.
Liquid stabilizers and building blocks are also made in a completely computer controlled facility (Franklin, PA); the equipment used allows batch sizing ranging from one to two drums at a time, to the manufacture of several truckloads at a time. The highly efficient plant permits the manufacture of millions of pounds of product by a small but highly technical work force.
